GDPR is an abbreviation for General Data Protection Regulation, which is the EU’s data protection regulation that came into force from d. On May 25, 2018, the new EU General Data Protection Regulation will apply in Denmark and the entire EU going forward, which thus replaces the previous Personal Data Act in Denmark.
The new GDPR legislation heralds new times for data recording in businesses with:
